1. Shipping & Delivery

What is the expected delivery timeline across India?

Orders are dispatched via express insured couriers within 24 to 48 hours. Metro cities typically receive deliveries within 2–4 business days, while other locations take approximately 4–6 business days.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! Cash on Delivery is available across most serviceable pin codes in India. We also accept secure prepaid payments through UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking.

How do I track my active order?

You can check live tracking updates on your order in your My Account Orders page, or by referring to your order confirmation receipt.

2. Fabrics, Sizing & Care

What fabrics does Indian Jaguar use?

We exclusively source 100% bio-washed combed cotton (ranging from 180 to 240 GSM for t-shirts, and 300+ GSM fleece for hoodies). All newborn and kids apparel utilizes hypoallergenic, chemical-free dyes.

What are the wash care recommendations?

Machine wash cold with similar colors inside-out. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low or line dry in the shade. Iron inside-out and avoid ironing directly over printed graphics or embroidery.

How do I select the right size?

Our products adhere to standard Indian body sizing: Small (38), Medium (40), Large (42), XL (44), and XXL (46). For an oversized or relaxed streetwear fit, we recommend selecting one size up.

3. Returns & Exchanges

What is your return & exchange policy?

We offer a hassle-free 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

In the rare event of a transit defect, contact us within 48 hours at support@indianjaguar.com or call our helpline (+91 98765 43210) for an immediate replacement.
